Person-Centred Therapy

Person-Centered Therapy is a type of psychotherapy that helps us take responsibility for our lives and solve problems on our own. This is a type of psychotherapy that consists of self-discovery and understanding of ourselves.

Person-Centered Therapy enables therapists and clients to work together in an empathetic way to understand and accept the client's frame of mind. This encourages continual personal growth. This type of therapy delivered through our therapy and counselling services, helps us see ourselves more clearly and be in touch with our true self.

Person-Centered Therapy is important because it helps resolve conflicts, reorganise values and approaches to life, and teaches us to interpret thoughts and feelings. This will enable a change in behaviours that maybe interfering with our mental health. It helps us understand what deeply motivates us and is also designed to enhance potential.

Person-Centered Therapy ties into the approach of mindfulness and self-compassion. The goal is to improve self-awareness of current thoughts and experiences. These two aspects are designed to help us feel better about ourselves and the people around us.
