Face to Face Therapy

Face to Face Therapy is the opportunity for you and me to meet in a private and confidential setting.

The space I provide offers a calm haven for you to explore and discuss any difficulties or concerns you may be experiencing. These concerns may be big or small, and can include, but are not limited to, bereavement, depression, anxiety, or a general dissatisfaction with your life, such as a loss of direction and purpose.

Face to Face Appointments strengthen the therapeutic alliance and allows me, to be present with you, providing the space and time to consider how you are feeling.

Working Face to Face also offers the opportunity to bring an awareness to your body language, as this can be a window into your thoughts and feelings, this enables a greater insight into the reactions we are often unaware of and the impact they have on us.

By providing a therapeutic environment and listening attentively and patiently I can begin to understand the concerns you are experiencing from your perspective and can help you to make sense of them, and possibly consider them from a different viewpoint.

As your Therapist, I can support you whilst you consider the direction you want your life to take. Providing the space, you need whilst these choices are made enables you to see more clearly, which helps to reduce any confusion you may be experiencing.

My therapeutic approach is non-judgmental and focuses on kindness and support, and these are given unconditionally without any expectation from yourself, my client.

Our session's are your opportunity to explore aspects of your life and your feelings, talking about them freely and openly in a way that can sometimes be difficult with friends or family.

Repressed feelings such as anger, anxiety, grief, and embarrassment can become very intense, I can offer you the opportunity to discuss these emotions in a safe environment and help you to make sense of them and understand them further.
